Did you know Italy is one of the most prolific makers of sparkling wines anywhere in the world? Discover Prosecco, Franciacorta, Trento, Lambrusco & Asti as well as the fine white and red still wines from across the country. There’s over 1000 grape varieties, we don’t have time to cover them all- but this course will give you a good grounding and perhaps give you inspiration to visit some of them!
