Description
This wine tasting experience features a 250g dry aged and grilled-to-perfection juicy rump steak from the kitchens of the renowned Malmaison hotel in central Manchester. (Served with confit tomato, watercress and pommes frites.) It also features six of the best – six really very good red wines from around the world, specially selected by our wine expert to pair with and enhance the flavour of a great steak.
We round the evening off with a cheese board of seasonal favourites and you also get a booklet to take home so you can find the wines you tasted as we don’t sell wine ourselves. The Malmaison’s stylish Ember Lounge is the perfect setting for this wine discovery session – you’ll meet some lovely people, eat some fantastic food, taste some amazing wines and have a great evening.

The Ember Lounge, Malmaison Hotel Manchester Piccadilly
Centrally & conveniently located a 5 minute stroll just across the street from Manchester Piccadilly Station. Our lunch and steak events are normally held in the Ember Lounge. Turn left at reception and the restaurant staff will direct you.
