Description
The WSET Level 2 Wines Course, 3 week format, is a 3 week version of the course over 3 consecutive weeks (all on the same days of the week as the start date). You must attend each session to complete the course. The exam will be on the afternoon of the final week, and you will need to study for a minimum of at least 12 hours before and between sessions.

The WSET Level 2 Wines course, 3 week format, is classroom based & ends in an exam which must be taken in person in Manchester. It is a 1 hour, 50 question multiple-choice exam and you must score 55% or above to pass. Those who pass the WSET Level 2 Wines will get a digital certificate, which you can print or share a direct link to with employers.

Classroom times: 10am-5.30pm each week.
Please note we use several venues in Manchester city centre for courses, based on room availability. The venue will be confirmed in the welcome email sent around 10 days before the start date.
Drinks Trust Funding for the WSET Level 2 Wines course
DEVELOP is the newly launched educational programme of The Drinks Trust, the drinks and hospitality industry charity. DEVELOP offers fully funded training and skills courses, delivered by industry-leading providers for people already working, or with an ambition to work, in the drinks and hospitality industry. Northern Wine School has partnered with The Drinks Trust to bring courses free of charge to eligible students.
An application and approval must be made with the Drinks Trust directly. We cannot register candidates for courses and apply for funding retrospectively, sorry.

- WSET Level 1 Award in Wines
- WSET Level 2 Award in Wines
- WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits
- WSET Level 3 Award in Wines
Criteria of eligibility for DEVELOP:
- Must be 18 or over
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Working in, or aspire to work in Hospitality
- Have a National Insurance Number, and be earning less than £26k/pa
