Join our exclusive L3 Tasting Masterclass & Mock Exam—a classroom session at Northern Wine School HQ designed to enhance your proficiency for an Advanced Level Wine Tasting Exam.

In this specialized workshop, our esteemed and experienced tutors will guide you through exam techniques tailored to maximize your success in the tasting element of the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines.

During the session, you’ll receive valuable insights on the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting (SAT) and learn how to craft impactful tasting notes to maximize your scoring potential.

We’ll kick-start the session with a group tasting of 2 wines, helping you calibrate your palate. Later, you’ll put your skills to the test in a mock blind tasting exam of 2 wines. We’ll provide personalised feedback on your results after the course, highlighting areas for improvement.

 

This workshop is perfect for three types of individuals:

  • Those preparing for the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines, seeking targeted guidance to enhance their tasting proficiency.
  • Those who need to resit their WSET Level 3 tasting exam.
  • WSET Level 2 Award in Wines graduates, looking to have a glimpse of the progression in their wine education journey.

 

Please note that this course is not regulated by WSET but has been created with the goal of supporting students preparing for the exam.
