In addition, we also include free access to our own exclusively developed study guides for those taking any of the WSET courses.

WSET Level 1 Award in Sake

A great introduction to sake: whether it’s for your career or you’d just like to know more. You’ll learn how sake is made, how to serve it, the main types, styles and flavour, and you’ll also learn how to describe the taste.
Introductory Sake Professional
From £100.00
A short, fun course accredited by the Sake Sommelier Academy and delivered by a Certified Sake Sommelier. Great for those who are interested in furthering their knowledge about sake. The first step into the world of the sake sommelier.
Certified Sake Sommelier
From £650.00
This is a two-day course and ends in a combined multiple choice and blind tasting exam. Those who pass will become qualified sake sommeliers and awarded a certificate from The Sake Sommelier Association. Great for professionals and those who are simply sake fans. No previous experience or qualifications are necessary.
