This is for individuals who have passed the Level 2 Wines already- it demonstrates serious expertise. Suitable for those who are working with extensive wine lists requiring complex interactions with customers and the wine trade, such as wine merchants, restaurants, wine bars, importers, wholesalers and distributors or brand managers.
It may also suit enthusiastic consumers who have passed the Level 2 already and are really keen to learn more. Perhaps with an extensive collection of wine.
You will learn in detail about still, sparkling and fortified wines, how their characteristics are influenced by where the grapes are grown and how the wine is made and matured. You’ll gain advanced understanding of tasting and describing style and characteristics and to evaluate quality objectively.
