WSET Level 1 Award in Wines | Evening Course | Manchester

Description

A 3 week, 2 hour evening course format from 7-9pm on the same day each week as the start date. The exam is on the final week.

Dates:

• 13th March 2025
• 20th March 2025
• 27th March 2025 (Exam)

Your student workbook will be provided at the start of the first session. The course ends in an exam which must be taken in person on the day. It is a 30 question multiple-choice exam and you must score 70% (21 marks out of 30) or above to pass.

Don’t worry, you will be taught everything you need to know by your expert tutor! Those who pass will get a digital certificate, which you can print or share a direct link to with employers.

Funding for this course

DEVELOP is the newly launched educational programme of The Drinks Trust, the drinks and hospitality industry charity. DEVELOP offers fully funded training and skills courses, delivered by industry-leading providers for people already working, or with an ambition to work, in the drinks and hospitality industry. Northern Wine School has partnered with The Drinks Trust to bring courses free of charge to eligible students.

Criteria of eligibility for DEVELOP:

• Must be 18 or over
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Have a National Insurance Number, and be earning less than £26k/pa
