Six delicious French wines (three white and three red) are paired with a très generous selection of regional cheeses. You’ll learn how both affect the taste of each other and gain a deeper understanding of the art of food and wine matching.

If you like wine and you like cheese, you’re in the right place! This event combines the two: six carefully chosen French wines are matched with wonderful cheeses from around the country. You’ll learn about terroir, about the origins of each wine, about how the cheeses are made and you’ll learn to find what you love. This is a great experience to do with friends and family as you can take what you learn and develop it at home together.
Everything is organised for you and set up before your arrival – you simply turn up. Wine, cheese, nibbles… glasses, notes, pencils… all laid out so you can relax and enjoy yourselves. This event also makes a great gift should you want to get Northern Wine School vouchers for someone special.
Please note: we do not sell wine; however, you will be given tasting notes afterwards should you want to source the wine for yourself.
